In a hurry for a tasty gravy, but with no “drippings” available. Try this recipe for Easy Gravy. I think you will like it.

2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup chicken broth
½ teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon celery salt
1 pinch black pepper.

EASY GRAVY

Melt butter for 20 seconds on High (100%) power 2-3 cup microwave measure. Blend in flour, then broth and seasonings. Whisk thoroughly. Cook on High (100%) power for 1 ½ - 3 minutes, stirring once. Makes 1 cup.
