Salmon Party Ball

1 can (16 oz.) salmon
1 package (8 oz.) creamed cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced onions
1 teaspoon creamed horseradish
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring (optional)
2 drops red food coloring (optional)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley



Soften cream cheese in microwave safe dish on Medium-low power ( 30%) for 1-3 minutes. Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Mix salmon, cream cheese and all other ingredients except nuts and parsley. Chill until firm. Shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in pecans and parsley.
